At VVS Shop, every order is processed carefully within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery times: between 7 and 14 business days
• Shipping costs: free in France and throughout Europe
• Order tracking: a tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses according to available stock, to ensure efficient delivery, even during periods of high demand.

📦 Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.

• Returned items must be new, unworn and in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the error was ours)
• The refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected

❓Order not received?

If you have not received your package within 15 business days, contact us. We will open an investigation with our carrier and find a quick solution (reshipment or refund).
