How to choose a photo for a locket
Since the photo is reduced to the size of the locket, a few guidelines make all the difference:
- A sharp, well-lit photo: a blurry or dark image loses a lot of detail when reduced.
- A well-centered, sufficiently large face in the image: avoid overly wide group photos.
- A simple background that highlights the person.
- Color or black and white: both work well. Black and white gives a timeless, vintage feel.

Which chain should you choose for a photo locket?
A pavé photo locket has some weight: choose a photo locket chain at least 3 to 4 mm wide, so it looks sturdier than the pendant. The rope chain and the Cuban chain are the two strongest chain styles for wearing a pendant. Choose 55 to 60 cm so the locket falls on the upper chest. Care
